Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

Sometimes the world pushes, pulls and pressures us in so many directions that we lose connection with who we really are, how we want to live and what we are capable of. We can end up feeling fragmented, lost and unsure of ourselves. We forget that we are the experts in ourselves and that we can remember our wholeness.

In Holistic Lifestyle Coaching we are taking the time to connect with all aspects our ourselves - body, mind, heart, spirit - to reflect on our experience in the present moment, to try to meet the challenges we are currently facing - internal or external, to look at our life from a perspective of wholeness, to welcome peace in our own hearts and minds.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching takes place in a collaborative process between the coach and client. It is a client-centred relationship, trusting in the inner wisdom of each person. The focus builds on the client's strengths, appreciating her/his true nature. The coach supports and challenges the client and is a participant in the client's reflections.

The coach does not diagnose, analyse or provide "expert" advice on health issues. Suggestions may be made for lifestyle changes as points for reflection and dialogue.

A session may include reflective dialogue, body movement and yoga, creative expression, meditation or written exercises.

The client decides the frequency of sessions and time between sessions. Suggestions may be made for practices between sessions to support the client in her/his change process.
