Day-Long Mindfulness Retreats

Day long mindfulness retreats are intended as an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice through retreating from the distractions and business of everyday life. The silent day consists of a guided yoga session plus sitting and walking meditation. Questions can be asked privately during the lunch time. You will need to bring a mat or blanket for the yoga, and a bench or cushion for meditation, and your lunch.
